Our 2022 Syrah is unlike any we’ve made before — a bright, lighter, almost Beaujolais-style red that came out of a year of experimentation and transition. Think lifted aromatics, vivid red fruits and a fresh, vibrant palate that absolutely sings with a light chill. It’s not the deep, brooding Syrah you might expect from Zig Zag — it’s something far more playful, the kind of wine you open on a warm night, over a simple lunch, or when friends drop by.

This cuvée has become a bit of a curiosity in our cellar: a one-off expression created during the year we began our move to France. Beautiful in its own way, but not a style we’ll repeat — which is exactly why we’re releasing it now at a special half-price farewell.

If you enjoy chillable reds, juicy drinking, and wines with personality, this is a delightful little detour. Limited stock, final release, and once it’s gone, it’s gone.
