About us

We are Henry and Harriet (and little Albert) Churchill. And we are both English. So we need kind folk around us to support us on this journey as we don’t have our families living anywhere near. We both exchanged our corporate suits in our agricultural sustainability day jobs for muddy boots to take on Zig Zag wines and raise our son together as best as we can. Now we’re on an incredible journey working with some of Macedon Ranges very best winemakers and biodynamic viticulturists to make wine and grow grapes in a way that doesn’t cost the earth. And we are navigating how we both parent and both make wine in a way that challenges normal gender roles, which doesn’t always work out.
