An integrated, aromatic dry wine, with characteristic acidity giving a minerality to the profile. Delicate notes of citrus and apple blend with a floral, jasmine nose. With cool climate acidity, it will cellar for up to 8 years.

Zig Zag riesling (2017) won the ‘best white wine in show’ at the Daylesford wine show in 2018. It’s a wonderful varietal for the topography and climate of the macedon ranges: late to ripen together with hot days and cool nights make for delicate aromatics.
