Only 550 bottles produced, and hand picked from the best bunches in the vineyard. 24 hours on skins, with a long, slow fermentation. Picked on 14 April, after a cool and long ripening season.

Fermented to dry, and aged in old oak for 4 months, on gross lees.

This is a fresh, approachable Zig Zag Rd. classic, with wonderful Macedon Ranges aromatics and a complex profile.
